Healing hearts. Holding space. Listening deeply.
Note: This page outlines the mental health and psychological support services that D4P is currently providing or actively working to expand. In a place like Gaza, where needs are overwhelming and resources limited, we’re building this program step by step — with the help of local professionals, international allies, and your support.
In Gaza, the psychological toll of war, displacement, and daily survival runs deep — and support is often out of reach.
At D4P, we offer practical, compassionate mental health care that meets people where they are. Most of our support happens remotely — by phone, message, or voice note — and when conditions allow, we arrange in-person sessions too. It’s not perfect, but it’s real, and it’s helping people hold on.

Mental health support in Gaza is scarce and often stigmatized.
At D4P, we believe care must be both compassionate and accessible.
We’re creating a quiet, trusted bridge…a place where people can speak, be heard, and begin to heal.
